Yukiko Moriyama wears a purple Yukata with a white obi when and when not wearing her Shinsengumi haori. Shes young and youthful and appears younger than she really is. She has purple hair tied in a red tie and pink eyes. She stands about 5'2 and weighs 110 pounds.

History:
Born into a Samurai family and the only daughter of the family. She was arranged to marry on her eleventh birthday to a man of a samurai family. A day before her wedding, he fiance as well as her entire family was massacured by demons. WIth a strong hatred towards the yokai, standing before her father'd dead body, she swore to revenge her family with each demon she killed. And would kill them until not one was alive. When she was fifteen, She joined the Shinsengumi and trained for seven years until she was fully trained in the Tennen Rishin Ryu.

After working hard and killing many Choshu, even participating in the Ikedaya Incident, she was made into the 7th captain of The Shinsengumi.

Personality:
Unlike most of her fellow captains, she is rather loud and never soft spoken. She has a strong sense of justice and follows Bushido as the only Onna-Bugeisha of the Shinsengumi. She can be over confident and arrogent, she does not forget the teachings of What the Samurai are. She is also very heartfelt and aknowledges her fellow captains and feels that they are the closest thing to a real family.
